Looking for a Dedication Plaque template

Specifically a vector-based template. I've found Photoshop templates, but they pixellate too much IMO, and I work mostly in Illustrator anyway. A google search came up bupkiss. Thanks in advance!

    Can't you just draw your own based off of an image? And, before you ask, yes I've done it lots of times.

    Well, I can draw my own, but to be honest most of the time I'm using Illustrator these days it's for schoolwork, so I don't have the time to dedicate to creating my own vector-based template; I'd like to be able to fire up a template and whip off a dedication plaque or two.
