file conversion max to 3ds/.obj

I have a very simple, if somewhat unusual, job requirement which is paid-for work:
I need a model converted from its native .max into 3ds or .obj format.
(The .max file is over 12mb and crashes my own system, thus i cannot convert it myself despite having download autodesk on 30 day trial.)
The original artist is no longer available to do the file conversion himself.
I therefore need an established company or individual to do this for me though as the work is licensed and i need to be sure that copies of it will not find their way out on to the internet. (Thus if you are a freelancer without any references please do not apply.)
