Got the engine cowls UVed. Since I want the nose and the base plate on the same UV map as the
cowls, I had to prepare the compartments for the retracted rear gear. Now that is done, I can detail
them after I UV the nose and base plate.
Done in Modo 302, using a KURV Studios tutorial for Lightwave.
Alas, I expanded on it greatly, and it now bears little resemblance
to the tutorial Viper. Cowl textures done, and I rerendered all the
grime maps with all the pieces in place. Took me all day. Heh.
Never saw a day off go past so fast.
