Tiny Trek is so educational. Today I learned about Bennett's Law. I'm sure someday I will need that. :)

I'm really enjoying this. My son is interested in doing a project similar to this and maybe even do some animations, so I'll see if I can get him to pop in and check this out.

Thank you! Tiny Trek isn't the project I wanted to do when I started, but it's still been a blast and I'm having a lot of fun with it. =) And absolutely! More the merrier!

It's always kind of refreshing if someone speaks well about vulcans. That doesn't seem to happen very often in Star Trek.

I know, right? For a supposedly enlightened society, there seems to be a lot of petty jealousy when it comes to Vulcans just because they're smarter than most everyone else.

I do like the Vulcans. Their portrayals over the years has been uneven at best.

    Indeed.

Not to be too nitpicky, but they probably would use meters instead of yards.

The thought of a Stegosaurus just chilling aboard a Starfleet vessel is definitely entertaining. :)

Damn. Totally missed that. I'll have to edit the pages in the collected version. ;)

    :)

Actually, I think there are examples of both Metric and Imperial used in TOS.

There were. However, it's been long established since then that metric is used in the future universe of Star Trek.

I really admire your interior work. Little hings like the food, plants and glasses just look fantastic.

Looks good, are you using DAZ Studio?

Sometimes a lot of thought goes into creating realistic clutter, sometimes I just throw something on the desk and pray, ;)

I do use it to render and do the set-up for anything involving the characters. Ship exterior renders I've started using Blender specifically for those, but I could import them into DAZ just like I do with the sets and props I build if I wanted to. I think I'm just afraid of having to clean up the ship meshes since DAZ handles tri's and quads differently than Blender does.
