This is another old one called "Niblick".
The files for this one are a mess. I pulled out a bunch of stuff, because it looked too chunky. Then it looked too Romulan. Now it's Flash Gordon / Art Deco-ey, which I'm always okay with.
The shape of this one reminds me of a I think French animation I only ever saw in a radio shack way back in like 88. Had been looking for it ever since. The manager kicked us out lol.
I can't remember where the shape came from for this one. Originally it was a much more cruciform chunk. Since it's called 'Niblick', I may have based it on a golf club.
Thank you. The color for the original was assorted shades of green and blue. The copper was a placeholder that I decided I liked.
This is a cargo hauler called "Truncheon". It's another of my old designs, based on those awesome 1930's art deco steam engines, with a 1930's refrigerator coil as a drive unit.
Sometimes revisiting old files sucks. Things that line up, but when you look closer, they don't, and other things that don't line up until you zoom in, and they do.

Thank you. I'll take that.

Done.
In my mind’s eye, I can see a leather clad figure saying just those words as it hovers through the mist of a cityscape.
Worthy of BLADE RUNNER…but if could fit in at Deep Space Nine just as well with a color change!

I spent a ridiculously long time today just reworking the three legs between the drive and the body.
