This is a Romulan ship concept, designed with the genetic relationship the Romulans share with the Vulcans and the Vulcan ring design on their ships. It isn't a pure Warbird but designed more along the lines of exploration or possibly for diplomacy.
I just love that you used the model-correct bridge module and conference lounge windows, which are split. Most people just slap the Galaxy bridge and windows on it.

Thanks. I tried to rely on the pictures of the actual model. My one possible deviation was the shape of the secondary hull.
1) You can't find a good shot of it's shape, much less an ortho
2) There appears to be a transition from an actual model to a CGI model and shapes, textures, window placement changed.
3) There are so many variations on the ship anyway.
For my secondary hull I used a combination of the model with some adjustment toward a hand drawn ortho shape that I preferred. Also, no exterior pod docking ports were done on the model or the CGI models. I placed one on each side of the secondary hull, the saucer, and the tower for the pod. I added some other greebles too.
