  The easiest way is probably Youtube or Vimeo. They should embed automatically just by posting the link. You can also use the vid tag to embed animations (I know mp4 works) hosted elsewhere.

  As far as uploading goes, I'd prefer it if you hosted animation files yourself (Google drive is pretty handy for that, for example), since animations take up a lot of disk space, and that's a finite resource for us.
