Star Trek ship Modeling Question
Good news - Figured out the problem. The PCI ports that the card is plugged into, the drivers were out of date. That's why the computer couldn't update to build 1903, and why the card was suddenly "deactivated".
In the process now of updating the graphics card drivers, and then will try and update Windows again.

weird, chipset drivers shouldn't cause such issues over time, but if win10 assigned something broken or inappropriate I guess that would cause it.
Anyhow whatever it was sounds like youll be back up and running all that matters ne?

Each day we draw closer to the end.
That's good news. It's always nice to figure out what is going on and solve it.
Yeah, I at least fixed the driver problems, but then there was a 1803 update that hadn't been installed yet either, which the Windows Updater wasn't picking up on. Installed that. Now trying to get the 1903 update to install. Cross your fingers/antennae that it'll work this time.
