I woke up this morning with an idea. Instead of a touchscreen, the display would look like an old CRT screen, with a black plastic frame trimmed in chrome. The featured image would be a black and white blueprint of the Enterprise. And a row of tactile buttons below the screen that resembled one of the bridge stations. The mounting bracket would come out of the "top" of the TV and go into the side of the ship model.
Here's a 5-minute quickie to illustrate the concept.
I had nothing in mind, but any of the hero ship, Voyager, NX Enterprise, TMP Enteprrise, the Excelsior or even some alien ships.
A Borg Sphere, Klingon BOP etc.

Are you planning to do anymore ships?
did you think of a particular ship?
I wonder how the display would look with the TOS Enterprise. I can't remember if the old Connie had an MSD on the 60s era bridge or engineering.

I'll try it out too.
Which program do you use?
