3DFlying Police Drone....

dcomprimedcomprime1 Posts: 0Member
Hey everyone, well....I did find a new 3D Program called www.bforartists.de. It is similar to 3D Max. So I will try this one out instead and hope that I can get used to it like I did with Max.

My first project will be a flying Police Drone, that I saw in a game called, Detroit Become Human.

Hope you guys like.

Nice start going there! Do you have a screenshot of how the finished drone looks like on the game?

B for Artists is a custom version of Blender by the way. Being open source, it's the exact same program just with a different user interface. Blender is pretty hard to get into because of its shortcut based interface; but once you learn it, it's a lot faster than any other 3D software that I know of. B for Artists on the other hand loses that speed of use in favor of ease of use.

very true, I am aware of the Blender connection, I did try to use it,....but the UI was just too different and I could not get used to it. But, for bforartist new interface is allot easier for me. I truly do not mind the lost of speed....its cool.

Also, I did find a lot of pics of the drone, so it should be easier to make it similar.

Thank you though for the input, I always welcome feedback.

Looking good! I'd play around with the materials a bit trying to give it a more metallic look. :)
