Scenes I'd like to see CGI'd.

I've seen several videos where aspiring CGI artists will take scenes from SF movies and essentially redo them in CGI to show their skills. One of these was the battle in the mutara nebula from star trek 2.

Well, it made me think of scenes from SF movies I'd like to see rendered as cgi by people wanting to show their talent. Here's my top 3:

1. Enterprise fly around scene in Star trek the motion picture. Yeah I loved that scene.

2. V'ger flyover from star trek the motion picture. Actually I'd like to see this reimagined, not so much a direct redo of the original which was washed out and such in some parts. I'd like to see it done more clearly and make v'ger's surface more...awesome.

3. Nostromo landing in alien. This as mostly a direct redo in cgi, I always loved this scene of a massive starship landing on a planet. Everything from the disconnect from the refinery to the touchdown woud be great in cgi if someone could do it.

Number 1 has been done and posted here a few times.
