IA’ve had the idea for the EAS SHERIDAN by writing the first episode of my Fan-Fiction Series: BABYLON-6. In fact, the spacestation in my FF isnA’t an official Babylon-Station, the crew just call it inofficial so... ;)

In spring 2291 the EAS SHERIDAN, developed by the EA as a carrier-battleship, is the flagship of the EPSILON-TASK-FORCE - 17 Ships - under the Command of Rear-Admiral Lynden B. Hayes (B for Benjamin - Trekkies know why ;))

The SHERIDAN has a length of 3042 Meters and a crew of 2024 humans. It has four hangars with a contingent of 48 Starfurys and also 48 Thunderbolts. Aside from that also a group of different Shuttles. This ship is armed with 2 extra heavy particle-canons, and 22 heavy particle-canons at the turrets, and 22 extra heavy nuclear-missiles.

It can operate 30 month without any support by a fleetyard.

For a better comparison between the ships you should know that the TEMPEST-CLASS-ship in front of the SHERIDAN flys "nose to nose" with it by looking from the side.

very blocky but some details are clearly recognisable from other B5 ships which is a nice touch. hangar bays are good and so is the shape of the forward section but it and everything aftward is still too geometrically simple. good to see B5 stuff on here though, like buses you wait ages for one then they come in bunches...

This Mesh IA’ve made primary not for wallpapers, like this. In fact it was a "quick-shot". I need it more for some covers of coming episodes of my Fan-Fiction: BABYLON-6.
So this mesh is really a bit blocky and not so detailed like other B5-meshes, and itA’s not overload it with tons of greebles - nobody can see of the covers in the end.

Otherwise, this ship-class should be very modern (aside from the archaic front of the ship) because itA’s commissioned 29 years after the 5th season of the show (nearly 10 years after "Sleeping in light") so a more flat surface for this brandnew ship-class makes sense for my FF.
