Star Trek Model Ship with Cycles materiasl needed

Hi

Do anyone have a Star Trek Ship post TNG/DS9 that I can use for some animation sequences? The model must be in Blender with Cycles materials. My models consist of glass materials outside of every light source with a assigned material index. This is for animation purposes and adding effects through Blender in composition. So, if someone has such a model. It will be a huge help. It can be a small model.

Message me here or at [email protected]. The model would be used in the background but visible of this video being creating.

I'd love to submit ALL of my Trek ships for your consideration...unfortunately they are all Sketchup models. However, if you're able to convert them into blender, you're more than welcome to take your pick. I always was a fan of the USS HYPERION Vs II. I just have to figure out how to get it from sketchip to blender.

I think Spacefighter knows a thing or two about that and there are plenty of articles on Google about how to export Sketchup to blender. According to the experts, it can be a bit of a glitchy process though. Keep us informed and ask for help here if you need it! There's loads of info to check out.

I couldn't figure out how to transfer the Sketchup model to Blender. So, I just modeled the ship in Blender. It's a slow project. Since you made it originally feel free to write me if you would like the obj's. I'm basing the ship on your design with a few additional touches. It's not complete.
