You're not missing anything, it's absent. So is the gallery. Hopefully, this means some much-needed fixes will be taking place.

Any idea when the Downloads section will be available? I don't have a copy of the latest version of the Discovery from 2001 and was hoping to recover it from here.

The Download section is still available. The forum update just ate all the custom forum tabs for some reason.
