Looking through my complete ships and thinking about updating and properly organizing things a bit and decided to crank out some images. This one needed a new hull material and probably should be reset to my newer layout and rendering rig.

I remember her. ItA’s a beautifull lady, even in her non-updated dress. :D
About the rendering, the background donA’t matches the ship in the first plane, but I believe it was just a quick job made to show the ship, right? :)

I do not follow, it is a huge nebulae of crap, it shouldn't need to be in perspective to the ship.

The Nebula looks fine to me and the ship looks wonderful. Always liked this one.

oops forgot to upload this here.

funny how many like it but it has been over at f3d for ages.

eww I just noticed the forum is SUPER crushing the images. My nice 900kB jpg is being crushed to 190kB. eww well for uncrushed version go look for it at foundation.

ew even worse it is reszing it down by 1 or 2 pixels. ffff even worse.

    go there.

I wasnA’t talking about the perspective. Looking to the stars I see them a bit blurry, like the ship is passing fast. But I canA’t see equivalent blurry in the ship. ;)
    The updated rendering looks better.

look at sports photography namely soccer/football or automotive. When the camera tracks the object the bg blurs, when the object is blurred the bg is static. If you blur ship and bg then your camera is moving.

A very nice image. I've always enjoyed your artwork. As you're producing new images, could I tempt you to include the Balmung? It has to be one of my favourite fan-made designs.
