I'm really new to 3ds Max and I've been trying to learn my way around. I just created a Tardis by following a tutorial and it looks pretty detailed. The only problem is that the tutorial didn't show anything about texturing. I'm really trying to make it look as detailed as I can because I wan't to use it for fan movies and photos. Can anyone help me with pointers or instructions how to properly texture it?
It IsnAât common: a tutorial about "how to texture that thing". Exceptions does to exist, but arenAât that common.
You must to read tutorials about how to make your own textures and how to apply them to the objects and, later, apply what you learnt. Unwrap is a knowledge required too.
