3DFlying Saucer bridge WIP

Hey people!

I have been on an almost two year break from doing CG because of lack of time and inspiration, but I had a weird revelation when watching some old horror flicks from the 50's with my girlfriend a couple of weeks ago and an idea for a project struck me!

I have not modeled all that much and any constructive criticism and some of your thoughts will be GREATLY appreciated!

All of the work is done in Blender3D 2.64a and the model is going to be used mainly with animation in mind.

There's an animated film quality to this design that I quite like, and it's different than what everyone else is doing. I'll be interested in seeing what else you do with it.

I could almost see that as an updated "ship of the imagination" like what Sagan piloted in COSMOS. Since Seth McF is doing a redeux of that, it's something to consider.
