Confused about euphoria for maya3d

Looking at this company site here http://www.naturalmotion.com/euphoria and thinking to myself, why has this topic not been discussed before unless it is not possible but... how can an end user get euphoria for maya3d and also if it is available for blender? I am thinking that this software is only available to game developers and hollywood studios but if it was available for the end user that would be a big time saver in certain situations. Most people are terrible at animation (me btw) so it would be a huge benefit to have this ai program like euphoria that just has to have definitions given to it and it goes to work animating everything. I am sure that some refined animations would still have to be done by hand, scene closeups where two people are talking but who knows for sure except people with experience in euphoria! Does anyone here know anything about this and care to share their info?
