Colony Builder MMO

I'm looking for people interested in developing a colony builder MMO.
The general concept is that players are colonists on a new world and must work together to build up and defend the colony. Players must gather resources, research new technologies, build equipment, vehicles, and eventually starships, outposts, and space stations.
Once a colony is established to the point it can build and maintain a Jump Gate the colony can join the galactic community and begin interacting with other star system.
