Greets to SFM.

Since its first airing in 1978- I have Loved this series and its theme.
Now, I began 3d stuff bout 3 months ago and can finally do my BSG.

I have made a viper model- having difficulty with bodypaint3d, and just began trying to learn it. Which brings me to this. I am trying to create a completely CGI/3d episode. Not what I would like to do, but what I can do. I was going to attempt to create all the models myself(me being so green-a daunting challenge) till I found SFM.

Here is my Title Intro for the Short- BSG Cylon Encounter
(needs some touching up)

Made entirely in After Effects CS4 and C4d R-10

Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Wonderful, never really liked the original series, but the title sequence and Patrick MacNee's voice over I always loved. I will say though - what would it be like if, when all those nebulas go by, the stars move slowly towards you as well. It just seemed a little static without.

agreed I thought the same, have a slow zoom of stars.- may add for final render with episode when finished.

    A nebula sounds good too.
