Cool head, it's built for an animation purpouses, right ? And Lee, that ship is looking great although it feels a bit too much like an actual gun to me.
This month I've been progressing a small Federation vessel and a CR90. The former dates back to 2006 and the later, last year. Too many distractions.....
Love to see the Federation ship form a different angle.
It's gone through many revisions since i started it. I've rebuilt it from scratch twice. I'm still not sure about it now but I'm happy with basic layout, proportion and scale.
Nice ship dwl. It looks like a Valiant, if I remember correctly.
I've been making a cannon for a school project, and it looks pretty good. I made an animation, but when I rendered it as an AVI (took about 3 hours), it was really pixelized. Any thoughts on what I can do?
Well, the animation is 1 MB too big to upload, but I put a screenshot of one of the frames. I'm using Blender 2.9 by the way.

That looks cool, it has a refit feel to the Defiant.

Nice Cannon.
As for the animation, I been having the same issue. But I changed the render out from AVI to Quicktime and I have no problems.
Hmm, I don't like quicktime but I'll give it a go. Do I set "Blender 1" as the encoder?
What about FFMpeg? I do want this to end up on a DVD.
EDIT: Nevermind. I did the QT and installed the player; it's wonderful. Now it's just a question of the DVD. Does anyone know how to get something I put on a DVD to loop seamlessly?
I'm not going to say anything...yet. I've posted about five things here I've never finished (thank you school and my general loss of interest in various projects).

it's going to be a mix of galileo, runabout concept, and movie era orbital shuttle
Here is another shot of the ship im working on...
That trench at the front would make a good placment for a forward facing cannon.

Built the arm and started work on the hands.
At this moment I am not to happy with the arms and thinking or rebuilding that from scracth.
This was a little of, cba and different things a calling. The Hand was fine, arm was fine, then the body came. Could never get it right.
