    OMG Incredible work!

How did you do the hull guide lines? Oh if I could only borrow yer brain for a bit! :)

Seriously though, I am astonished by yer work skills and those of many others on this site.

All I do for the panel lines are make a cuts or slices. Chamfer the edges and then negative extrude the polygons making the grid lines.

    Thank you. :D

    UPDATE...
Right now the Claymore is the closest thing I have to being done so I’m gonna focus on that. I’ve finished up the textures and added a few more details to the bridge socket. Now I just need to work on the bridge itself.

I like it. Especially the texturing on the hull. Grimy enough to make it look like a proper warship, but still clean enough that it fits in the Star Trek verse.

Thanks. I just don't like clean ships. They don't feel real to me.

    Very nice work X

    Thank you.

    UPDATE...
IA’ve added more stuff to the side and incluing a door since if they ever land this thing theyA’d need a way out. I donA’t see myself adding too much more sinc ethe saucer section doesnA’t have a lot of detail.
    1556.jpg
Added a little more detail to the back. IA’ve got to work on those impulse engines, I really suck at those.
    1557.jpg
I was looking at this thing thinking (say that three times fast)it needs something. Then it dawned on me. A reaction control system, so I put a simple one together.

    UPDATE...
Worked on a couple of ideas for the impulse engine.
    1560.jpg
    1561.jpg
Added some final detail to the back and what I consider my final version of the impulse engine.
    1562.jpg
I threw some stuff on the front and I think that’s about it.

Looking fine indeed and have to agree with the 'less clean look' it gives your design a feel that it is used :)

    UPDATE...
Finished textures for the bottom of the bridge. They turned out rather nice I think.
    1564.jpg
Textures for one side and the back are done. I’ve started on rough ones for the top. Now I just need to do the front, the other side and the airlocks
    1565.jpg
Just wanted to show the entire ship as it looks now.

She's looking fine indeed. At this rate she'll be finished before you know it.
  • XFozzbouteXFozzboute654 Posts: 1,627Member
    Now it's finished.
Oops. Ignore the 70,000 meters bit. Just a small mistake.

cuz there isnt any? doesnt look to have to much detail fromw aht i can see (which is every thing)

Depends on what you count as detail. Draw up a clay render as textures can be deceiving.
Your right to an opinion does not make your opinion valid.

    UPDATE...
Decided to get a little work done on the Pug Class ship before the end of the month. I added a vent and some other details to the top and bottom of one of the warp pylons. I may add one more thing but not yet. I may even add a few more bits to the warp engine.

    UPDATE...
Added more details and reaction control thrusters.

    Here’s a view from below.

Here’s a look at the panels I added to the front of the warp engine. There are a few more small things I want to add and I’ll call the engines done.
