    Looking at that panel, one can't help but think it might come in handy for, say, a Super Star Destroyer. :D

    stencil the rectangles all over the main poly and then bevel them and then extrude them down a bit? bridge a few of them together to get the opening???

    You can do that in under 30 seconds on any sculpting package. :eyerolls:

    But since it's a professional package it should be able to work miracles anyways!

    ^I believe there's a rather good one for the Threads of Destiny fanfilm.

    That ship (not the mesh, but the design itself) is rather boring though, imho; no real sense of complexity in comparison to the Executor or ISD.

    As for my cap ship...I'm working on it. The pace will probably accelerate now that you've jumped back into the middle of things. Can't have you do two whole ISDs before I even finish one, now can I?
