This is a model I built in Truespace back in 2009 and I just converted it to Lightwave 2018 over the weekend. So, I'm re-releasing it in its current state. Note: This object is for LW2018+. It probably won't work in LW2015 or earlier. This is due to changes made to LW in the 2018 version. It **might** load into earlier versions, but the materials will have to be redone. It will (obviously) work for LW2019 and 2020. So, here it is:

Lightwave model: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xpycljd8kiu5lou/INTREPID.zip?dl=0

Textures: https://www.dropbox.com/s/njwo7eb351pcfpw/Intrepid_Textures.zip?dl=0

FBX model: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hr8y9uw2fbnacv3/INTREPID_FBX.zip?dl=0

Be sure to grab the textures for whichever model format you download.

Anyway, have at it.

Something just occurred to me. In the zip file with the model, I included a Lightwave scene file. I did this so that Lightwave users will have the spotlights. However, what just occurred to me is that the scene uses a starfield background. But, the image isn't included. So, you're going to get a message when you load that scene in Layout about the missing file. But, that's all it is.

The important thing is, the model is included in that zip file and all of the textures are in the other. ;)

Wonderful, nice that you publish it again.
Can you also publish it as FBX or OBJ?
For people who don't have a Lightwave.
    Thanks and greetings ...

Yes, FBX is coming, probably about as soon as I get home from work.

I added the FBX download to the first post. Before packing it up in a zip file, I had a look at the FBX conversion in Blender. Not too bad, if I do say so myself:

    Anyway, enjoy it. :)
