[Completed] Scheduled maintenance: Minor forum update Sunday 10 November

New version of Vanilla is out again. Keeping an eye on things this week, and if no one complains about breaking bugs, I'll do the update on Sunday. No new features we'll use, so just doing it for the security patches.

As usual, the forum will be inaccessible during the update, but it should take less than an hour.

Dev site update failed, so this on hold until I figure out what went wrong and how to fix it.

Ok, managed to fix the update on the dev site. Will run some extra diagnostics to make sure everything is ok. If yes, should still be able to do this tomorrow.

Update complete. Had to mess with the database a little, so let me know if you see anything weird.
